The default configuration carries a staggering array of 12 ER Medium Lasers. Even with 18 Double Heat Sinks, the `Mech is unable to handle the heat this loadout generates on an Alpha Strike, forcing the pilot to fire in volleys.   Due to its lack of Endo-Steel and Ferro-Fibrous (unlike many of the other Clan `Mechs), the Nova has a lot of free space for equipment modifications. Aside from its weapons, every configuration of the Nova comes fully equipped with 5 jump jets for maneuverability.
